With a passion for the arts and over six years of experience, Amaya Perkins (she/they) is taking media management to a new level. Armed with three years of media training and an eye for detail, Amaya is able to execute a brand's vision flawlessly while simultaneously connecting with a multi-generational audience.
Resources
Amaya has always had a passion for sharing information with others. In 2023, they founded Alps Creative Co. as a way to distribute resources and provides them free of cost to those in marginalized communities and those with financial need. Utilizing a "pay what you can" model, Amaya has distributed numerous resources to those in need.
Social Media Management
Amaya's background in social media began on a professional level in 2019 on Instagram. Since then, Amaya has managed both business accounts on a variety of platforms including TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, Threads, and X.
Graphic Design
Amaya's passion for graphic design began at the age of fifteen when she would design mockup posters for a variety of shows and movies. Now, Amaya creates all designs for Alps Creative Co. LLC, has created informational graphics for universities, and posters for a wide array of theatre productions.
Grant Proposals
Amaya has over one year of experience writing formal grant proposals. Amaya is currently in the process of applying for grants for her company, Alps Creative Co., in their free time.
Writing Experience
Amaya began writing from a young age. At the age of twelve, Amaya was published in a poetry anthology. Amaya has gone on to publish numerous books, journals, and poems in a variety of mediums. Currently, Amaya shares their poetry on social media @ShineBright.Poetry
Website Design
Amaya has designed over a dozen websites and has served as a consultant for other brands as well. Amaya designed the website for Alps Creative Co. and is constantly updating it with new resources and shop items.
